Dive into the world of technology at MMRACE Computer Access Lab! Whether you're earning computer credits or seeking support for virtual courses, our lab is here for you. Designed as both a credit lab for computer learners and a resource hub for virtual course assistance, MMRACE Computer Access Lab provides the support you need for your academic journey. This is course is meant only for MMRACE learners. 

There are two options for this class: Wednesday 1:30pm-3:00pm or Thursday 9:00am-10:30am.

Do you manage large sets of numbers, names, dates, or otherpieces of information? If so, you need to create worksheets tomanage, store, organize, and even analyze this information.Excel, Microsoft’s powerful spreadsheet software, is the most widely-used program for this task. This course focuses on mas-tering the fundamentals of Excel. You will learn how to:

  1. Quickly and efficiently create fully formatted worksheets
  2. Use common formulas and functions
  3. Sort and analyze data
  4. Create custom charts and graphs

You will also learn about compatibility with other MS OfficeSuite products. Learners are required to bring a thumb drive toclass. There is no class on April 17.

Read to Succeed

Reading is an essential life skill. Does someone you know struggle with basic reading?  We offer this entry-level reading class to help adults improve their literacy skills.  Personal attention is provided in a very small group with dignity and respect for the adult learner.  Each month we will discuss a new book. Students will be given the book to take home to keep.
