We are all feeling the stress of these times. Join us for this calming practice that will help you to boost your immune system. We will target releasing tension from problem areas with gentle movement and restorative yoga poses. We will also do some calming yogic breathing techniques and meditation to bring us into balance. The goal is to leave you feeling more relaxed and easeful after each class and to help bring equilibrium to body and mind. Limit 20 students.
