School St. Yoga's Kathleen Haberstock will lead this calming class will boost your immune system, releasing tension from problem areas with gentle movement and restorative yoga poses. Yogic breathing techniques and meditation will balance and refresh. The goal is to leave you feeling more relaxed and easeful after each class and to bring equilibrium to body and mind. All students should bring a blanket or a towel to class. Students who have their own mat and props (block, belts, etc.), please bring those in addition to a blanket or towel. No prior yoga experience required. Limit 15 students.
