This class will give you an introduction to reflexology, and how it can be used for wellness and healing in the entire body, as well as how to use it specifically for relaxation, sleep, and back and neck tension. There are reflex points in the hands and feet that correspond to different parts of the body. Working these reflex points is a great tool for self-healing and promotes wellness in the corresponding area in the body. It works largely by increasing circulation and balancing the nervous system. You will learn basic reflex points and practice techniques that can be used easily at any time for self-healing. We have found that it is fun to join with a friend, but it is not a prerequisite.
