Enjoy a relaxing hour creating yoga poses in the outdoor air on the grassy knoll at Messalonskee High School. You will learn: foundational poses to prepare you for any yoga class, how to incorporate mindfulness and meditation into your daily routine, and sequences that you can learn for your home practice. Please bring a yoga mat and a small blanket. Storm dates May 27, and June 10. Limit 10 students.
