Welcome to Our ESOL Program!

Whether you’re a student preparing for academic success, a professional aiming to excel in an English-speaking workplace, or an individual eager to navigate social interactions with confidence, our ESOL program is designed for you!

Program Structure

The ESOL program is structured into multiple levels to accommodate learners at various proficiency stages. You will engage in reading, writing, listening, and speaking skill development to empower you in every aspect of your English communication. Our approach provides opportunities to apply your language skills to real-world scenarios. We align our ESOL program with the Adult Education English Language Proficiency Standards, to ensure success of our learners.

  4. Funding and Support: Our program is free, funded through local, state, and federal funds, and supported by local community non-profits.

Enrollment Process

Call our office at (207) 873-5754 or email adulted@aos92.org to begin enrollment. The first meeting will be a Welcome Meeting and Assessment, in this meeting learners will first become familiar with some of the Staff at MMRACE, our location, and complete the Pre-Assessments in both Reading and Math required for enrollment. At that meeting learners will be scheduled for an Individualized Advising Appointment for Intake and Goals with our Academic Student Coordinator, during that meeting learners will complete required intake paperwork and releases. During that meeting learners will receive their class schedule and Orientation date.
